Marius Pabst is the key point of reference within the company
Our wood engineer, Marius Pabst, has successfully passed the GGQ2 Fire Protection Specialist exam, an advanced certification recognized by the AICAA (Association of Cantonal Fire Insurance Institutes).
Building on the foundational GGQ1 course, this training strengthens regulatory and organizational expertise, preparing professionals to manage fire safety from the planning phase through to the execution of specific projects. A GGQ2 Fire Protection Specialist assesses risks, coordinates preventive measures, and supervises construction sites, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and a strong focus on quality. Marius’s achievement is a testament to his dedication and highlights our team’s commitment to responsible development in the industry.
What does a GGQ2 Fire Protection Specialist actually do?
They assess fire risks and plan tailored safety solutions in line with current regulations; coordinate prevention and safety measures while working with a range of professionals—including engineers, architects, authorities, and contractors; supervise project implementation to ensure all fire protection requirements are met; and continually update their skills to stay in tune with evolving materials, technologies, and standards.
Congratulations, Marius!
