Since 1939 Reka has been committed, with vision and constant offer development, to come up with new solutions for holidays and leisure. The Lugano-Albonago project consists of 2 hotel rooms and 49 flats, with balconies or terraces, divided into six buildings. The new holiday village will benefit a breathtaking view over the town and Lake Lugano, with an infinity panoramic pool and a monumental pergola – to dine for. Our Veragouth and Xilema team is working on the completion of this ambitious project with carpentry involved in the construction of framed load-bearing structures and Xlam, ventilated facades, sheet metal and roofing. The joinery, on the other hand, furnishes the interiors with wardrobes, cabinets, the cafeteria interiors with veneered chestnut wood and stone, the fitting rooms and furniture for the common areas. All characterized by a modern design with ample and bright spaces. Our sales department is also involved, dealing with internal and external doors and windows.
All this is an example of the complete service that we are able to offer, guaranteeing a 360° project management and a united and passionate team.
