Executive designer in wooden constructions
Woodworking technical department

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an executive designer in timber construction to join a young and dynamic team within the carpentry department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed designs, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing technical documentation and commercial negotiations.

 

Your duties, in detail:

  • In-depth analysis of projects, specifications and contracts, ensuring that the works are carried out in a workmanlike manner and in compliance with current regulations and allocated budgets
  • Development of detailed executive projects on a scale of 1:5/1:2, facilitating the transposition of building licence projects into feasible executive projects
  • Production of executive drawings, including construction details and detailed execution methods
  • Creation of drawings necessary for the execution of the works, based on the results of studies and executive design surveys
  • Creation of clear and orderly documentation to communicate effectively with colleagues and third parties
  • Management of commercial negotiations for the purchase of materials and the execution of completed works
  • Dialogue and collaboration with various stakeholders for the analysis and definition of optimal working strategies
  • Preparation and submission of requests for quotations, and development of comparison plans, using specific company tools

For the comprehensive management of certain companies within the group, we are seeking an Administrative/Accounting Clerk who will work alongside the Administrative Director. The candidate will play a central role and will be responsible for the independent management of personnel and analytical and financial accounting. They will also be involved in the administrative management of company and private properties, as well as in management support activities. The ideal candidate will also be able to contribute to business development and the optimisation of company processes.

  • Recording and managing supplier invoices
  • Accounting entries in COGE
  • Processing payments
  • Closing periodic financial statements and annual accounts
  • Periodic declarations (VAT and social security contributions)

Woodworker
Woodworking technical department

We are looking for a Woodworker to join a dynamic and qualified team within the woodworking department. The department specialises in the creation of made-to-measure furniture, with a strong focus on quality, attention to detail and customisation of projects.
The duties, in detail:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and executive plans
  • Produce wooden elements and structures, through manual work and/or with CNC machines (Biesse)
  • Program the CNC machine (Biesse) with B_SOLID and BiesseWorks software
  • Use joinery tools and machinery: circular saw, planer, milling machine, drill press, sander, press, etc.
  • Assemble and mount wooden artefacts according to specifications
  • Checking the quality of the finished product, verifying correspondence with the design and taking care of aesthetic details
  • Ensure that the work area is organised and maintained in accordance with safety procedures and quality standards
  • Carrying out routine maintenance of the machinery used, reporting any anomalies
  • Liaise with colleagues and department heads to ensure deadlines and company standards are met

The wood technician apprentice is specialized in Interior Design and ready to join our technical department. We are looking for a passionate young man who wants to grow and gain experience in this sector.
