Meeting at the factory
The first Perspective 1042, the meeting in the factory with all employees to draw a line on the journey so far, with an eye to the future, has come to an end. We believe that a single, shared vision makes us stronger, which is why we want to start from the same point to define strategy and goals together. We shape our vision in the wake of continuity that has been going on for 1042 months, precisely since 1936, the year the company was founded, because we know that every single effort has made a difference in our history.
Over the last few years we have taken a significant step by uniting Veragouth and Xilema into one dynamic entity. Today, more than ever, we have become a team operating with a single vision and a shared mission. Joinery and carpentry are complementary parts that combine perfectly integrated skills and services. The transition from a traditional vertical organisational chart to a horizontal model has led us to a change in the definition of our approach, introducing the concept of ‘Competence Centres’, dynamic hubs where specialisations merge and process flows are aligned, regardless of the area of operation. They are the beating heart of our business efficiency. Our special thanks to each of our employees for participating in the event, in this and the following weeks we will be happy to share their stories.
