An old uninhabited building in the centre of Manno is the subject of a radical renovation that preserves and reinforces the existing stone walls on the south side. The rebuilt is done with a modular wooden structure that allows a clear reduction of construction site inconveniences, in the narrow context of a historic area, shortening the timing and allowing for very good energy standards. The facades of the project reflect the characteristics of the surrounding buildings and have been the subject of a preliminary assessment carried out with the advice of architect Tita Carloni, former consultant to the Municipality for the renovation of the nearby Casa Porta.
