A modernization, that of the Migros headquarters in Arbedo-Castione, which brings a project from the early 2000s into the contemporary, thanks to the radical reorganization of the paths in favor of greater clarity of circulation and with a new architectural element that makes it unique. With a desire to create a distinctive design feature between the old building and the new, Denicolà Architetti Associati designs a fir wood porch. The 45-degree slope of the fronts allows light to enter inside and gives lightness to the structure, while the color choice of dark gray is intended to make the historic orange logo stand out as much as possible. Prefabrication allowed the project to be completed in six weeks, keeping the mall in operation. The collaboration with architect Denicolà is for Veragouth and Xilema a perfect example of a relationship that has grown over the years with dialogue and mutual esteem, leading us to develop successful projects from genesis to completion.
