The building is characterized by a large rooftop with two patios, around which various activities of 4 sections take place, arranged on a single floor and in close contact with the outside on the north and south sides. To the east and west the space is bordered by reinforced concrete walls that divide the space in half, forming 2 compartments of 2 sections each. The space of the sections is completely open, divided into functional didactic areas, separated only by furniture-walls 150 cm high. The teaching spaces, the kitchen, and the technical rooms are located on the lower floor, with direct access from the outside. The construction system consists of a reinforced concrete base and a large wooden roof, consisting of a series of joists and supported by 4 longitudinal structural axes: in the centre two arched walls in reinforced concrete and laterally, to the north and south, one structure composed horizontally and vertically by a stratification of wooden beams that form niches towards the arcades. The wooden beams that form the structure lean transversally on these 4 structural axes.
