It is the complete and respectful renovation of an eighteenth-century building strategically positioned in front of the lake: the facades have been conserved and restored, graphite and new colours have rehabilitated the house back to its former glory, the roof has been rebuilt in its originality with flagstone shingles. The existing space on the ground floor remained without heating as it was originally. The first-floor apartment has been entirely renovated and the interiors have kept the characteristics of the eighteenth-century house: the existing bathroom has been renovated, another bathroom with wardrobe has been created, the kitchen has been completely redesigned. The second-floor apartment has undergone a similar renovation to the floor below, while on the attic floor, new spaces have been created for the kitchen and living room, bedroom with wardrobe and a new bathroom. Radiant underfloor heating, natural light given on the south side towards the lake by two windows built in the dormers of the roof, while on the north side a large window has been built, integrated into the pitch of the roof.
