Architects Inches Geleta design five single-family housing units enclosed in a pure, unified and compact volume. The project seeks a materiality consonant with the nature of the site through a façade cladding of wooden laths. The large vertical windows and the large skylight located above the interior staircase illuminate the spaces, encouraging a dialogue with the surrounding nature. The rooms on the second floor have loggias protected by shutters with a "folding" opening system made of the same larch wood as the façade cladding, creating a striking concealed effect. Our Commercial Area took care of the casement windows and doors manufactured by 4B and the Suisse Frame sliding ones, while our carpentry took care of the full-height interior doors perfectly flush with the wall, the closets made to fit to the millimeter on the wall, the staircase with treads suspended between two walls, and the kitchens characterized by minimalist design with flush doors and hidden handles, all in just white and gray tones. From sketching to realization, wherever wood meets building and the search for wellness in living we are able to offer turnkey service with reliability, experience and expertise.
