There are three main elements that determine the volume and type of plan of this multi-family building: the long and narrow shape of the parcel and its orientation, the relationship with the lake and the park, and the Detailed Plan. The positioning of two identical but uncorrelated volumes forming the building allows for a visual relationship and spatial dialogue with two valuable elements of the surroundings: the lake and the Bosco Isolino. Each apartment enjoys the view of these two elements, taking advantage of a double orientation characterized by the balconies that mark the corners of the building. The building does not rest on the ground but is raised to avoid problems in the event of lake flooding. The window frames on the facade alternate two different rhythms that overlap and create a variable intertwining within the module. The internal subdivision of the spaces responds to functional organizational criteria typical of the residence.
